These professors come for the institutional European project ERASMUS – Reinforcement of Veterinary Studies in Asian Universities (REVET).

The purpose of the project is to support the improvement and strengthen the curricula of various veterinary schools in Asia with the participation of the European schools of Toulouse (France), Porto (Portugal) and the ULPGC; being our University the one that leads the project.

The main objective of this week's visit is that they can see how we develop our teaching activities, for this reason we inform you that we are going to attend the activities programmed with these teachers, mainly during practical classes, for which we thank you that at the moment After the visit they can have a short break with the students and welcome them to explain the objective of the activity that is being carried out, with special emphasis on the acquisition of skills by the students, the evaluation methodology used or those teaching aspects that they consider of special interest so that they can take an enriching experience.

In some cases we will offer the invited faculty to participate in the complete practical activity, such as in the slaughterhouse, farm trips, visits to Palmitos, trips to the sea, visits to Taliarte, necropsy, hospital, farm, etc.

On Monday from 10:30 a.m. we will begin the visit to the Faculty facilities and, depending on the interest of each professor in their area of personal specialization, we will communicate directly to the faculty involved with practical activities scheduled this week, the desire to participation of our guests in some specific activities
