The administration will proceed to send the coordinating teachers of those subjects (both Degree and Bachelor) in which there are students enrolled in 4th or higher calls a file with the list of students in said circumstance, as well as the corresponding instructions for the development of the tutorial action plan. We ask students to take advantage of this plan in order to facilitate the teaching-learning process and improve academic results.
On the other hand, subject coordinators with a percentage of passes of less than 75% and passes of less than 60% enrolled in the 2013-2014 academic year will soon receive an email from the Dean's office reminding them of the need to present an improvement plan.
