The EAEVE in its meeting today in Uppsala, which the Dean attended on our behalf, has approved the new Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and the indicators.
The main requirements of the new SOP:
- Fusion of Stage 1 and Stage 2, in a single evaluation, called Accreditation (the SGC is included)
- Biosecurity Plan
- Quality Assurance System
- Inclusion in the indicators of intramural animals in all species.
- Period between evaluations of 7 years.
