Title: «The paths of veterinary specialization»
Lluís Ferrer has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zaragoza and a PhD in Veterinary Medicine from the Hannover Higher Veterinary School. Since 1992 he has been a professor of Animal Medicine and Surgery at the Veterinary School of the UAB. He has been visiting professor at Cornell Universities (USA, 1985), Utrecht (Netherlands, 1987), Guelph (Canada, 1992), Lisbon (Portugal, 1995) and Montreal (Canada 2009-2010). He has been dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the UAB, vice-rector and rector of the same university (2002-2009).
