EAEVE’s vision is to be an official accreditation authority for Veterinary Faculties of Europe. Its mission is to evaluate and promote the development of quality of Veterinary Faculties and teaching done there

The main objective of the EAEVE it is to monitor harmonization of minimum standards of curriculum in Veterinary Medicine in the European Union set out in the  Directive 2005/36/EC of the Parliament and the Commission of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of qualifications professionals. For this, the EAEVE has established the European System of Evaluation of Veterinary Training jointly with the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe (FVE).
